I will build the central nervous system for your business in 90 days.
I will build the custom software layer that connects your existing tools, automates repetitive admin, and kills off your monster spreadsheets.
For growing B2B service businesses
Your business has outgrown the systems holding it together
- There are endless manual processes taking up too much time, and you might even need another full-time administrator to keep up.
- Your existing applications do not properly speak to each other, so people spend their time moving information around.
- Important processes rely on workarounds, copying and pasting between systems that do not quite fit how your company works.
- You have monster spreadsheets acting as internal applications and controlling critical operations.
- Reporting and management visibility are harder than they should be because the useful data is scattered across the business.
- You can see opportunities for automation and useful AI, but need someone to work out where they will create practical value.
Imagine your business actually working as one system
- Your CRM, accounting software and other applications share information automatically.
- Repetitive administrative work happens automatically instead of filling your team’s day.
- Important spreadsheet processes move into proper software built around how your business operates.
- Your team has one place to manage workflows that currently span several applications.
- Management gets useful dashboards, reporting and better visibility without piecing the numbers together by hand.
- Information is entered once rather than copied between systems.
- The business can increase capacity without continually adding administrative headcount.
The 90-Day Systems Partner
Over 90 days, I learn about your business, find where disconnected software and manual processes are creating the most friction, and build the software, integrations and automation needed to fix the highest-value problems.
This is bespoke software engineering focused on practical outcomes. We agree the priorities together, then I translate your business requirements into working software and release useful improvements throughout the cycle.
Good existing systems stay. Rather than replacing your CRM, accounting software, payroll and other useful applications for the sake of it, I build the missing software layer around and between them (although sometimes replacing an existing system is the right move).
You work directly with me. There is no junior developer doing the work, no giant agency team and no account manager sitting between you and the engineer. I take technical ownership and keep the decisions grounded in what makes sense for the business.
How the 90 days work
These are broad phases, not rigid stage gates. Delivery stays iterative, with priorities refined as we learn.
-
1. Understand Days 1–15
Understand the business, systems, workflows and bottlenecks. Identify where software can create the most practical value and establish the priorities for the cycle.
-
2. Build Days 15–75
Build and release software, integrations, automation and reporting around those priorities. You see working improvements as we go, not a giant reveal after two months.
-
3. Launch & refine Days 75–90
Embed the software into the business, refine it using real-world feedback, resolve issues and establish what the next phase should be.
£3,000 + VAT per month
Three months. £9,000 + VAT in total.
This is a focused transformation cycle - we agree the highest-value priorities together and spend the 90 days delivering working software against them.
Afterwards, we decide what makes commercial sense. You can begin another active build cycle, move an established system to Support & Evolution, or finish the engagement. Ongoing work is not compulsory.
Let’s talk about what is currently holding your systems together
We will talk through your goals and current systems, and I will tell you honestly whether a 90-day transformation would make sense.

What clients say
“We have worked with Joe for a number of years across many varied projects. His adaptability across disciplines is extremely useful and the collaborative support he brings to the work is incredibly valuable. He always challenges our ideas which ultimately adds value to our end goals.
Outside of his skillset I think that the way Joe communicates makes working with him extremely simple. I have been bogged down in super technical meetings for hours with other devs - Joe keeps communication simple and to the point, meaning we spend less time discussing acronyms and technicals and more time focussing on delivering the best outcomes.”
Luke Hughes
Co-Founder @ UnionCollective
“Before working with Joe, our bespoke business management system had become difficult to develop and maintain. The original developer had left the country, and subsequent attempts to use offshore developers were unsuccessful. Progress was slow, improvements were difficult to implement, and we were unable to fully realise the potential of the system.
The difference has been transformational. We are now able to continuously improve our systems and automate many processes that previously required significant manual effort. Reporting, accounting, operational workflows, and business intelligence have all improved considerably. Joe's work has helped us increase efficiency, reduce administration, and make better use of our data, allowing the system to evolve alongside the business rather than holding it back.”

Common questions
What exactly will you build in 90 days? +
There is deliberately no universal feature list. At the start of the engagement, we identify the operational problems creating the most friction and agree the highest-value priorities for the cycle.
The work could include internal systems, workflow software, integrations, automation, replacing spreadsheet processes, reporting, dashboards, useful AI automation or improvements to existing bespoke software. The goal is meaningful progress on the software problems that matter most to your business.
Are you replacing all of our existing software? +
Usually, no. A major part of the value is making your existing systems work better together. If your CRM, accounting software or another package already does its job well, I would normally rather integrate with it than rebuild it unnecessarily.
Bespoke software fills the gaps and connects the important processes. If an existing product genuinely needs replacing, we will make that decision based on evidence.
What happens after the first 90 days? +
At the end of the initial cycle, we decide what makes commercial sense based on what we have built and which opportunities remain.
Some clients start another active build cycle or continue in active development at £3,000 + VAT per month. If the main system is established and the requirement becomes maintenance, support and smaller improvements, we can move to Support & Evolution at £1,000 + VAT per month. If there is no reason for an ongoing relationship, we can simply finish the engagement.
What is Support & Evolution? +
Support & Evolution costs £1,000 + VAT per month and is for established systems rather than substantial ongoing development. It covers maintenance, bugs, keeping integrations working, API and vendor changes, security and dependency updates, technical support, minor improvements and ongoing ownership of software I have built or taken responsibility for.
Significant new development moves the relationship back into active build mode at £3,000 + VAT per month.
What if we need more than 90 days? +
That is completely normal. The initial 90 days are the first transformation cycle, not an artificial deadline after which software development must stop. If there are further high-value opportunities, we can begin another cycle or continue in active build mode.
How do we decide what gets built? +
We agree priorities together. I will get underneath the business problem, challenge weak ideas, explain the trade-offs and keep the roadmap focused on practical business value. You do not simply hand me a feature list and hope for the best.
Do I need to be technical? +
No. I translate technical decisions into plain business language, keep communication clear and take ownership of delivery.
Who owns what you build? +
You retain all intellectual property for every system built for your business.
Will you work with our existing software suppliers? +
Yes. I can work with existing SaaS products, vendors, APIs, other technology suppliers and internal stakeholders. The goal is the best overall system for your business, not replacing technology for the sake of it.
Hi, I’m Joe Peel
My speciality is being a straight-talking, no-nonsense technical partner. I help take the ideas in your head and your business goals, and make things happen.
- Strategy through action.
- I believe strategy is incredibly important, but with software, systems and automation, we do not always have all the data needed to develop the perfect strategy. That is why taking action is valuable, with the strategy developing over time as we learn.
- I will push back.
- I will not be a yes-man. I will challenge you, lock antlers with you and suggest different ways of approaching problems.
- I want you to succeed.
- Your success creates a long-term, profitable relationship for both of us.
