The Challenge

The client had a large existing SaaS platform with a UI built using a mixture of Bootstrap 3 and custom CSS. The outdated interface needed a complete reskin to match new designs while implementing a range of user experience improvements.

The Solution

I upgraded the platform from Bootstrap 3 to Bootstrap 4 and rewrote all the custom CSS to match the new theme. This involved extensive pixel-perfect modifications and a thorough review and feedback cycle to get everything just right. Despite the vastness of the code changes, the upgrade was executed smoothly with only minor issues that were quickly resolved.
