HiTide helps B2B service businesses save 1000s of hours by replacing spreadsheets and off the shelf software with a custom system.
"We found the software easy to use and are looking to expand the project later in the year."
"Hitide were quick to understand the project requirements, which were extensive and complex, and worked quickly to implement them. Communication was excellent throughout, with Hitide providing early demos of functionality so that any modifications or other types of changes could be addressed early on in the process."
"I would absolutely recommend Hitide to anyone considering a web application build."
"The process was very smooth. It's rare in software development in my experience to be able to produce a system as complex as the one that was delivered in this project with as little friction, and as close to timeline, as was achieved with Hitide."
"Two of the key reasons HiTide was easy to work with was the clear and honest communication, as well as the reliability. We had previously had a number of challenges so as project lead I entered into this agreement with my guard up to a certain extent, but was very quickly reassured."
"HiTide were easy to work with and exceeded my expectations with the final product. I would recommend them and we will use them again."
"If you want to work with a clear, honest, reliable team that understands commercial aspects of project delivery including ROI, I would recommend."
If you've read this far then I'm guessing you are and might benefit from working with HiTide.
Every project is different so it's hard to say until we've spoken and got at least an outline. Most projects take between 2 and 4 months. This is to allow time for planning, testing and feedback too.
This means your very own application. It's built just for you and your business. It's not a one-size-fits-all solution, another company would not benefit from it, it's tailored to your needs. If Microsoft Excel was IKEA, then what I offer would be akin to handcrafted oak furniture.
It'll all run in your web browser, something like www.my-custom-app.co.uk but it's your choice.
Yes! Your data will be stored and backed up (regularly) all in the cloud. You'll and your team will have their own logins and you'll be able to control who can see and do what. There are also a range of security measures in place to keep your data safe.
Again this is hard to say until we've spoken. There are typically a range of options available to us and we only work with clients where can we deliver a large ROI.
No worries! We can start with one or a handful of related spreadsheets and then expand from there. You don't have to go 'all in' from the start (and I'd advise against this too).
A good example - a past client spends 2 hours per customer per month generating reports. More customers means more reporting. The system we built for them now generates these reports automatically in seconds - this is no longer a bottleneck for the business, they can take on more customers without needing to hire a team member to help with reporting.
Sure! That is by far the cheapest option... or is it? Depending on your business, the cost of doing nothing could be huge.
Look I'm not going to lie and say that's not an option, it is but, is it enough? Usually this is a band-aid and not a long term solution.
That's fine! I do most of my work with non-technical people. I'll explain everything in plain English, remove all tech jargon and make things as straightforward as possible.
First, we need an escape plan! We need the map. We to see the light. Simply hit the booking button and pick a slot.
Hey I'm Joe the owner of HiTide, thanks for reading this far!
I started making replacing spreadsheets and automation the main business focus after seeing just how much impact could be created. It was an obvious win win for everyone.
I only work with clients where there's a clear fit and high ROI to be made. Book a call and let's start a conversation.

We're based in Milton Keynes and are fans of the city.
If you're nearby or passing by it would be great to meet in person - As much as video calls are great, I think in real life conversations are best.
We know some great places for food and venues to mix both business and leisure.
