The Challenge

A company was making business decisions with very limited reporting and data visibility. They needed insights at both macro levels (company revenue, month-on-month comparisons, year-on-year growth) and micro levels (individual team member performance, daily metrics, shift performance). Without proper data, decisions were based on guesswork rather than facts.

The Solution

I built an internal Laravel tool that provided comprehensive business intelligence and automated reporting. The system offered both big-picture insights (revenue sources, monthly comparisons, year-on-year metrics) and granular data (individual performance, daily stats, team leaderboards). Users could log in anytime to view or build custom reports. Critical reports were automatically emailed every Monday, with some sent daily, ensuring stakeholders never missed important data.
