A new SaaS venture my business partner and I are building, focused on making worker management and child safeguarding easier to navigate.

The Challenge

My business partner and I are working on a new SaaS product focused on worker management and child safeguarding. We're looking to take on some of the larger players in the market, who we feel have been playing it safe for a long time. With our experience in building worker management systems, we think we can offer a lot and bring a new product to market that competes with them.

The Solution

We're building a system with a real focus on usability, so people can complete things like DBS checks and actually understand what they're meant to do. The aim is to save everyone a stack of headaches.

The system will also include training management and a safeguarding register. Further down the road, we're planning a secure messaging platform so adults can message and interact with children to arrange logistics, with a huge focus on safeguarding built into how that works. We want to give organisations a purpose-built alternative to relying on WhatsApp for those conversations.
